CSIA Accepted Exam Proctors

 Acceptable proctors include:
  • the CSIA Center for Education, Research & Training
  • a local college/university testing center
  • a Sylvan Learning Center
  • ​or our online proctoring service ProctorFree. Please be aware they may set their own rates for testing fees. 

To arrange your exam with a proctor, contact that proctor to set up the date and time of your exam. CSIA must have a minimum of 3 business days advance notice to order your exam.  Once you set up the exam with your proctor, order your exam with CSIA. We will need: 
  • Your information
  • The proctor's information
  • Date and time of your scheduled exam
  • Exam payment 

If you are taking the exam with online proctor, ProctorFree, you do NOT need to set up your exam with them ahead of time. Just order your exam with CSIA and we will get you set up. Please read those instructions here. 
Electronic exams will be emailed to your proctor and a login to your exam will be emailed to you before your exam. (If you are waiting on an email from us, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.) When you finish your exam, your score will appear right away.
