NEW DATABASE SYSTEM

Temporary Outage:
March 12 - April 3

We are launching a new database system and as part of this transition, we will need to temporarily take our current database offline to allow time for data migration, testing, and final system checks.

As a result, the CSIA database and all user-accessible functions will be unavailable from March 12 through April 3, 2026.

During this period, our staff will continue to assist members and customers with registrations and payments using traditional methods - by phone and paper forms - to ensure that we can still support your needs.

While we expect the actual system cut over to take only a few days, we have built in additional time to thoroughly test the new system and address any issues that may arise before our final launch. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this temporary outage may cause and appreciate your patience as we make this important upgrade.
