NFI Pellet Review & Hands-On Training
This comprehensive NFI Pellet Training Program combines hands-on instruction with online learning to provide participants with the knowledge and practical experience needed to successfully work with pellet-burning appliances. Participants will take part in hands-on training, along with additional pellet training courses available through NFI’s HE@RTH Online Training Platform, allowing them to further build their technical knowledge.
The program also includes an extended review session to help prepare participants for the NFI certification exam. Each student will receive a reference manual and the online, remote-proctored exam to be taken later as part of the program. This training is designed to strengthen technical skills, expand industry knowledge, and provide a pathway toward NFI certification.

All CSIA learner personal and training records will be restricted from public access. CSIA will never share learner contact details with any third party. CSIA uses a standardized and centralized record management system for filing and storing personal and training information. All CSIA learners can obtain a copy of their learner records by logging into their ProLogin portal. Learners may also request a copy of their record by contacting the CSIA office at office@csia.org.
