Overview
Understanding the needs of customers and staff can be very challenging. CSIA is offering a two-day customer service course that will jumpstart any representative and help them better understand how to answer questions both internally and externally. This course is designed to improve communication, learn the importance of conflict resolution, and further their knowledge of fireplaces and appliances to provide better service within the chimney and hearth industry. There will be a combination of lecture presentations, hands-on activities, and role-playing scenarios. This course will provide a well-rounded educational experience for you to share with the rest of your team.

All CSIA learner personal and training records will be restricted from public access. CSIA will never share learner contact details with any third party. CSIA uses a standardized and centralized record management system for filing and storing personal and training information. All CSIA learners can obtain a copy of their learner records by logging into their ProLogin portal. Learners may also request a copy of their record by contacting the CSIA office at office@csia.org.
