You have the option to pick your application path through December 31, 2026.
All applications are submitted to the Certification Director by mail or email.
Applications are processed and vetted for accuracy.
Applicants will receive a congratulations email once approved and a packet in the mail.

If your application is rejected, $115.00 of that fee will be returned to you.

You’ll need to renew your credential every three years.

Yes, your credential can be revoked at any time at the discretion of the Director of Education. Additionally, failure to retain any of the certifications required for the CSIA Certified Chimney Specialist® designation will result in disqualification.
