CSIA Refund Policies: Everything You Need to Know

Need to cancel your registration for a class or conference? Hey, things happen – we get it! Here’s everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds:

      1. If you need to cancel your registration, all refund requests must be submitted in writing. Email is ideal (office@csia.org).
      2. For education classes, requests submitted more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a 100% refund (less an admin fee of $50 for a 1-day class or $100 for a 2-day to 6-day class). Any refund requests submitted less than 14 days prior to the event will not be granted.
      3. For conferences, requests submitted more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a 100% refund (less an admin fee of $50). Any refund requests submitted less than 14 days prior to the event will not be granted. Instead, the money will be used as a credit towards the next CSIA conference.

Note: In the event of a total event cancellation by CSIA, all money paid will be refunded in full or applied to another CSIA class or CSIA conference.
